Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Young America Realty, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties remain in top-notch condition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing repairs, conducting inspections, and completing general maintenance tasks across our properties. You will work both indoors and outdoors, tackling a variety of issues, from plumbing and electrical work to carpentry and landscaping. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining high standards, this might be the perfect job for you!

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in housing-related maintenance.
Must reside within 30 miles of our office.
Physical capability to perform all aspects of the job effectively.
Ability to bring your own basic tools for maintenance tasks.
Tech-savvy with familiarity in using internet tools for troubleshooting and communication.
Must have a reliable pickup truck or van, along with current vehicle insurance and a valid driver’s license.
Availability for an on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; successful completion of a background screening.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in property management or similar roles.
Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
