Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Young America Realty, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties remain in top-notch condition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing repairs, conducting inspections, and completing general maintenance tasks across our properties. You will work both indoors and outdoors, tackling a variety of issues, from plumbing and electrical work to carpentry and landscaping. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining high standards, this might be the perfect job for you!

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in housing-related maintenance.
• Must reside within 30 miles of our office.
• Physical capability to perform all aspects of the job effectively.
• Ability to bring your own basic tools for maintenance tasks.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in using internet tools for troubleshooting and communication.
• Must have a reliable pickup truck or van, along with current vehicle insurance and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability for an on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; successful completion of a background screening.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in property management or similar roles.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
