We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dayton, OH.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe handling of shipments, caring for inventory, and performing various warehouse duties. You will work as part of a team dedicated to quality, service, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

Inspect each unit thoroughly to ensure quality standards are met
Unload inbound and load outbound caskets quickly, safely, and without damage
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Operate various power equipment safely and efficiently
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned
Drive trucks within facility grounds and assist with trailer spotting

What You’ll Bring

✅ Minimum of 1 year prior warehouse or related experience
✅ Basic computer skills
✅ Dependable, honest, and a quick learner with good communication skills
✅ Flexibility to work any shift or weekend as needed to meet customer demands
✅ Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally
✅ Ability to see clearly at both near and far distances
✅ Team player mentality

Nice to Have (Optional)

Forklift experience
Ability to perform and interpret computer and RF functions
Ability to learn new skills quickly
