We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dayton, OH.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe handling of shipments, caring for inventory, and performing various warehouse duties. You will work as part of a team dedicated to quality, service, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect each unit thoroughly to ensure quality standards are met

• Unload inbound and load outbound caskets quickly, safely, and without damage

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Operate various power equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned

• Drive trucks within facility grounds and assist with trailer spotting

What You’ll Bring

✅ Minimum of 1 year prior warehouse or related experience
✅ Basic computer skills
✅ Dependable, honest, and a quick learner with good communication skills
✅ Flexibility to work any shift or weekend as needed to meet customer demands
✅ Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally
✅ Ability to see clearly at both near and far distances
✅ Team player mentality

• Forklift experience

• Ability to perform and interpret computer and RF functions

• Ability to learn new skills quickly
