💼 What You’ll Do:

Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy interventions to help patients exceed their functional goals
Build personalized care plans using evidence-based methods
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and engage actively with the local community
Deliver therapy in a dynamic setting across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

🎯 What You Bring:

Graduate of an APTA- or CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
State licensure in Physical Therapy (IL)
BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
Compassionate, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
