💼 What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy interventions to help patients exceed their functional goals

• Build personalized care plans using evidence-based methods

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and engage actively with the local community

• Deliver therapy in a dynamic setting across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

🎯 What You Bring:

• Graduate of an APTA- or CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

• State licensure in Physical Therapy (IL)

• BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

• Compassionate, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
