Description

As an Associate Service Technician at Lucid Motors, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our electric vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing maintenance and repairs, conducting inspections, and assisting customers with exceptional service. You will collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, learn the ins and outs of electric vehicle technology, and contribute to a sustainable future. Whether it's working at our service center or supporting mobile service, no two days will be the same!

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no suspensions in the past year).
Outstanding communication skills, with a strong focus on customer interaction.
Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software.
Willingness to obtain ASE certifications within 6–8 months of hire, with costs reimbursed by Lucid.
Ability to support mobile service and adapt to dynamic environments.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with electric vehicles or automotive repairs.
Experience with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
Basic knowledge of electronics or diagnostic tools.
EPA 609 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Desire to earn ASE A4, A5, A6, and A7 certifications.
