Description

As an Associate Service Technician at Lucid Motors, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our electric vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing maintenance and repairs, conducting inspections, and assisting customers with exceptional service. You will collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, learn the ins and outs of electric vehicle technology, and contribute to a sustainable future. Whether it's working at our service center or supporting mobile service, no two days will be the same!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no suspensions in the past year).
• Outstanding communication skills, with a strong focus on customer interaction.
• Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software.
• Willingness to obtain ASE certifications within 6–8 months of hire, with costs reimbursed by Lucid.
• Ability to support mobile service and adapt to dynamic environments.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with electric vehicles or automotive repairs.
• Experience with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Basic knowledge of electronics or diagnostic tools.
• EPA 609 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Desire to earn ASE A4, A5, A6, and A7 certifications.
