We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (Sales) to join our Houston team — a motivated professional with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Present Labatt’s business model and services to potential customers in the food-away-from-home industry.
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to increase market share.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with decision-makers to highlight Labatt’s competitive advantages.
Represent Labatt with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or related field.
Experience in food service, restaurants, or B2B sales is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Goal-driven, energetic, and competitive personality.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

💵 Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000/year (base + commission)
