We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (Sales) to join our Houston team — a motivated professional with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Present Labatt’s business model and services to potential customers in the food-away-from-home industry.

• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding new clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to increase market share.

• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with decision-makers to highlight Labatt’s competitive advantages.

• Represent Labatt with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or related field.

• Experience in food service, restaurants, or B2B sales is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Goal-driven, energetic, and competitive personality.

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

💵 Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000/year (base + commission)
