Responsibilities: Lead Housekeeping Associate

Oversee Housekeeping staff on shift
Inspect rooms for cleanliness
Ensure the correct number of supplies are in each room; coffee bar, soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, towels, etc.
Professionally coach and counsel staff when necessary
Subject to clean rooms depending on hotel needs directed by Management
Assist in deep cleaning based on weekly/monthly needs

Requirements: Lead Housekeeping Associate

2+ years’ experience in hotel or hospital housekeeping
Minimum 6 months Leadership experience in housekeeping
High School Diploma / GED and 18 years of age or older
Able to work weekends as scheduled; day shift
Professional demeanor
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while working
History of strong attendance

Ability to Bend, Reach and Move Entire Shift
