Responsibilities: Lead Housekeeping Associate

• Oversee Housekeeping staff on shift

• Inspect rooms for cleanliness 

• Ensure the correct number of supplies are in each room; coffee bar, soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, towels, etc.

• Professionally coach and counsel staff when necessary 

• Subject to clean rooms depending on hotel needs directed by Management

• Assist in deep cleaning based on weekly/monthly needs

Requirements: Lead Housekeeping Associate

• 2+ years’ experience in hotel or hospital housekeeping

• Minimum 6 months Leadership experience in housekeeping

• High School Diploma / GED and 18 years of age or older

• Able to work weekends as scheduled; day shift

• Professional demeanor

• Provide excellent customer service 

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while working

• History of strong attendance 

• Ability to Bend, Reach and Move Entire Shift
