Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Provide comfort, support, and emotional reassurance to patients
Assist nursing staff with patient care and clinical tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
Follow all care plans, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols
Communicate clearly with nurses, patients, and families

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Hampshire
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, lift, and assist patients as needed
Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
