Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions

• Provide comfort, support, and emotional reassurance to patients

• Assist nursing staff with patient care and clinical tasks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment

• Follow all care plans, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols

• Communicate clearly with nurses, patients, and families

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Hampshire

• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand, lift, and assist patients as needed

• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
