Join our team as a Window Cleaning Technician at Shine of South Indianapolis! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our valued customers. This is a full-time role, working generally Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. A typical day will involve working outdoors, using ladders to reach high windows, gutters, etc., and interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction. You will enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same!

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a highly strenuous and outdoor environment.

• Must enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.

• Must have reliable transportation to commute to warehouse.

• Ability to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 100 pounds.

• Must not have a fear of heights.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Must speak and understand English

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in window cleaning, home services or a related service industry.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
