**Our client is a premier multi-state cannabis cultivator and manufacturer who is in the midst of their busy season and looking for temporary trimmers.** ### **Responsibilities:** - Carefully hang plants above trim tables - Separate green waste from flowers - Throw out bags of green waste as needed - Protect the integrity of the product by keeping it free of contaminants - Partner with team members to complete trim - Adhere to our clients' specific trim techniques - Wear PPE and exercise proper sanitation protocols - Work with teammates to trim plants in a fast and efficient manner **Qualifications:** - For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday. - Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length. - Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. - Regulations require that applicants be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain state Cannabis work credentials. **_About Vangst:_** _Vangst is the go-to talent marketplace for cannabis businesses, providing on-demand gig workers and full-time employees with the skills and credentials needed to succeed in this rapidly-growing industry.
