About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our Customer Experience Web Team, working in the customer service space to deliver new functionality and support existing self-service websites for our operating companies.

This role offers the flexibility of 90% remote work with occasional on-site meetings in Allentown, PA.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of developers and business stakeholders to interpret requirements, deliver production-quality code, and support the customer-facing web experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications in support of customer self-service platforms.

• Implement new website functionality based on business requirements.

• Support and maintain existing web functionality and related services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend daily project meetings, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint retrospectives.

• Participate in code reviews, demos, and deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide timely support.

Work Environment & Schedule

• 90% Remote — occasional in-person team meetings in Allentown, PA.

• Attend daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews/retrospectives.

• Work closely with product owners, UX, and other developers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong experience with Full Stack Web Development using C-sharp, Angular, TypeScript, RESTful Services, and SQL.

• Ability to learn and interpret complex business logic to meet product requirements.

• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
