About the Role:

Coastal Logistics Solutions is hiring reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our San Diego distribution center. This position plays a vital role in our supply chain operations—supporting inventory management, shipping/receiving, and daily warehouse tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipping

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records

• Organize warehouse stock and maintain cleanliness and safety standards

• Operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures

• Assist with other tasks as needed to support warehouse efficiency

Requirements:

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or similar experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically active tasks throughout the shift

• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be trained)

• Must live in or be able to commute to San Diego, CA
