🏗️ General Warehouse Worker — Florida (Multiple Locations)

💼 Job Summary:

We're hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in Florida! As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help with loading/unloading, inventory, packaging, and general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy physical work and a team environment.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment (minimum 6 months)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Basic understanding of inventory systems and shipping/receiving processes

• Strong work ethic and reliability — punctual and consistent attendance

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

⭐ Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or pallet jack experience

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole)

• OSHA training or certification

• Prior experience with RF scanners or handheld inventory tools

💰 Compensation:

Estimated Hourly Pay Range (Florida):

• $17–$19/hour
