Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, organize, and palletize customer orders for delivery.

• Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift to retrieve and transport products.

• Work safely in environments with temperature and humidity variations — including non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and freezer areas.

• Follow proper warehouse procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Assist with general warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• 0–1 year of relevant work experience (warehouse, logistics, or similar).

• Ability to frequently lift 10–75 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

• Comfortable working on your feet for 10–12 hours per day.

• Ability to bend, twist, and reach up to 72 inches while selecting products.

• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures (cooler and freezer environments).

Preferred Requirements:

• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.

• 1 year of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience.

• Prior order selection or foodservice distribution experience.

• 2 years of consistent work history preferred.
