Employment Type: Full-Time

Wage Range: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manually unload and load containers or trucks using pallet jacks or other equipment
• Verify shipment contents and assist with inventory counts
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the warehouse
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily goals
• Follow schedules and updates via phone and email communications

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• Live within 30 miles of Indianapolis
• Have reliable transportation to and from the job
• Own a working cell phone for daily communication
• Have access to email for receiving schedules and updates

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in loading/unloading containers or warehouse operations
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Familiarity with forklifts or EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack)
