As a Warehouse Associate at Recruitics, you'll be a key player in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your day will involve tasks such as receiving, processing, and organizing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to make sure everything is in its right place, helping our company meet its goals efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
