💰 Pay & Progression

Base Pay – Seasonal FT Warehouse Associate (Pittston, PA):

• Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (weekly pay on Fridays)

• Power Equipment Operators: +$1.25/hour to base rate

Pay Progression by Role:

• Associate 1

  • 0–6 months: $16.00

  • 6–12 months: $16.50

  • 12–24 months: $17.00

  • 24–36 months: $17.50

  • 36+ months: $18.00

• Associate 2

  • 0–6 months: $17.00

  • 6–12 months: $17.50

  • 12–24 months: $18.00

  • 24–36 months: $18.50

  • 36+ months: $19.00

• Inventory Specialist

  • 0–6 months: $18.00

  • 6–12 months: $18.50

  • 12–24 months: $19.00

  • 24–36 months: $19.50

  • 36+ months: $20.00

• Team Lead

  • 0–6 months: $21.00

  • 6–12 months: $21.50

  • 12–24 months: $22.00

  • 24–36 months: $22.50

  • 36+ months: $23.00

• Training Coordinator

  • 0–6 months: $22.00

  • 6–12 months: $22.50

  • 12–24 months: $23.00

  • 24–36 months: $23.50

  • 36+ months: $24.00

Shift Differentials:

• Evening & Overnight shifts: +$1.00/hour

• Weekend shifts: +$1.50/hour

🛡️ Compliance – I-9 Employment Eligibility

ShipMonk follows all federal regulations regarding employment eligibility verification.

• All candidates must complete an I-9 form upon hire.

• Acceptable documents include either:

  • List A (Identity + Work Authorization)

  • OR List B (Identity only) + List C (Work Authorization)

• Receipts for lost/stolen/damaged documents may be accepted temporarily if replaced within 90 days.

• Compliance with background checks, drug screenings, and MVRs (if applicable) is required.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and sort orders accurately and efficiently

• Scan and prepare items for shipping in a timely manner

• Assist with inventory control and restocking

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Follow safety guidelines and use required PPE

• Support other departments as needed

✅ What You’ll Need

• Hard-working, dependable, and punctual attitude

• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment (noise, temperature changes)

• Basic English reading/writing skills

• Proficiency with scanners, iPads, and handheld devices

• Must be at least 18 years old

• No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
