About the Role

Pegasus Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Agent to join our Northlink team! In this role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by moving, organizing, and maintaining materials throughout the warehouse.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where safety and teamwork come first.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of warehouse operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking inventory.

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or hand trucks safely and efficiently.

• Input and manage data in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Systems (ERP).

• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all materials are handled according to company procedures.

• Comply with all Quality Management System and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and safe storage/handling techniques.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout your shift.

• Must be able to operate warehouse machinery and use computers and handheld scanners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification strongly preferred.

• 3+ years of related warehouse experience a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.

• Operate computers, scanners, and phones regularly.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods.

• Must have clear vision and hearing to ensure safety and effective communication.
