As a Vistage Chairperson at Aaron's HVAC Service, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of business leaders. You will operate as an independent contractor, leading advisory groups composed of CEOs, business owners, and key executives from various industries. A typical day may involve facilitating engaging meetings, offering one-on-one coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability. Requirements

• Extensive Leadership Experience: 12-15+ years of executive leadership experience with significant P&L responsibility (typically $5M+).

• Strong Business Acumen: Demonstrated financial acumen, exceptional management skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Passion for Mentoring: A genuine desire to guide and inspire other business leaders to achieve greater success.

• Leadership & Coaching Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, challenge perspectives constructively, and provide effective coaching and mentorship.

• Networking & Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the business community.

• Drive & Availability: The motivation and capacity to build and grow your own Vistage Chair practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Group Formation & Management: Recruit 8-18 qualified members (CEOs, business owners, key executives) to form your Vistage peer advisory groups.

• Meeting Facilitation: Lead engaging and confidential monthly group meetings where members discuss pressing business issues, share insights, challenge perspectives, and develop actionable strategies.

• Executive Coaching: Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with each member, providing personalized guidance, support, and accountability in achieving their goals and navigating specific challenges.

• Resource Connection: Connect members with relevant subject matter experts, resources, and Vistage's extensive network to provide additional value and knowledge.

• Maintain Accountability: Drive a culture of accountability within your groups, helping members stay on track with their commitments and achieve their desired outcomes.
