What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our hospital operations by:

• Conducting exams, collecting samples, and assisting in diagnostics
• Supporting surgical procedures and monitoring anesthesia
• Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Providing nursing care and monitoring hospitalized patients
• Maintaining accurate medical records and communicating with pet owners
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients

Emergency & Specialty Care (If Assigned)

• Assist in emergency procedures and critical care situations
• Monitor vitals, place catheters, take x-rays, and administer injections
• Provide wound care and support ICU patients

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Required: 1+ year of veterinary experience and RVT certification
• Preferred: 2+ years in surgery, appointments, or critical care
• Experience in anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and Fear Free restraint
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
