This role requires daily oversight of assigned property as well as the direct supervision of Valet/Parking Attendants. Hands-On Training & Responsibilities • Administration of company policies with HR and the Area Manager • Maintaining DealerFLEX standard operating procedures with the client • Conducting daily safety reviews and enforcing compliance • Coaching and mentoring team members for career growth • Supporting operational efficiency and customer service excellence Requirements: • Valid Driver's License – Minimum 5 years of driving experience • Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No recent moving violations • Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges • Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, payroll, and client interactions • Excellent Communication – Professional interaction with employees and dealership clients Working Conditions: • Active role requiring standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions.
