**Position Overview:**
The Utility Associate plays a key support role across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the facility. This position will float between warehouse, packaging, and distribution teams based on production needs. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **Warehouse Operations**
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing materials and product.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance within warehouse areas.
- Pull and stage materials for production or distribution.
- Support accurate inventory tracking and cycle counts.
- Follow all METRC/seed-to-sale procedures when handling cannabis product.
#### **Packaging**
- Weigh, label, and package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and other products according to SOPs.
- Operate basic packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy of labels, weights, and compliance information.
- Maintain strict quality standards; identify and report product issues.
- Keep packaging workstations organized and compliant.
#### **Distribution Support**
- Assist with preparing and staging orders for delivery.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all compliance documentation is complete.
- Help load/unload vehicles as needed.
- Communicate with team members to meet daily distribution timelines.

### **Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cannabis, production, warehouse, or packaging preferred.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict compliance rules.
- Comfortable working in a role that shifts tasks daily based on operational needs.
- Must meet all state compliance requirements (background check, badges, etc.).
