HireArt is helping our client find a highly skilled and experienced Trust and Safety Associate. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with policies and procedures, and seamless workflow management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. We're looking for a professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills. You are able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality.

As a Trust and Safety Associate, you'll:

  • Review and analyze flagged written, visual, and voice content for compliance with company moderation standards and the removal of any inappropriate or offensive material.

  • Respond to user inquiries to help address safety, support, and privacy issues.

  • Provide feedback on policy development and gather information that will enhance existing workflows.

  • Identify and escalate new issues and trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety efforts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 1+ years of experience working in trust and safety, content moderation, privacy, or compliance operations

  • Ability to work a shift pattern that includes weekends

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with online child safety, hate speech, harassment, and other types of abuse

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and remove inappropriate or offensive material

  • Agility in adopting new workflows and prioritizing across competing needs

  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Superb decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure

  • A strong team player who is also able to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Fluency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus but not required

Commitment: This is a full-time, 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension staffed via HireArt. This role will be remote and available to U.S.-based candidates able to work PST hours.
