As we continue to expand, we’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our cultivation team as Plant Trimmers at our state-of-the-art facility in Kingston, MA.

No prior cannabis experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the training you need — all we ask is that you bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

As a Trimmer, you’ll play a vital role in our cultivation process, ensuring that our premium cannabis products meet the highest standards of excellence. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you’ll be responsible for trimming and preparing cannabis plants for sale, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and collaborating with your peers to meet production goals.

Must be 21 years of age or older

No prior trimming experience required! We’re looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong attention to detail - you take pride in creating a clean, beautiful final product.

Ability to meet daily and weekly trimming goals while maintaining quality and consistency.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every hand contributes to the harvest.

Physically able to perform repetitive tasks and stand or sit for extended periods** in a production setting.
