**Job Overview:** We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a dual-role position supporting both the trimming and packaging departments within a boutique-style cannabis operation. This role will begin with hands-on trimming duties during an active harvest and transition into general packaging responsibilities. Training will be provided on-site, and candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Phase 1 – Trimming (Week 1):** * Manually trim harvested cannabis flower with attention to detail, consistency, and visual appeal. * Maintain efficiency and speed while preserving the integrity of the flower. * Handle product with care to minimize loss and uphold quality standards. * Clean and sanitize workstation and tools regularly. * Follow all compliance, hygiene, and operational protocols. **Requirements:** * Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality. * Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. * Comfortable working in a team-oriented and metrics-driven environment. * Must be punctual, reliable, and open to feedback and coaching. * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. * Prior trimming or packaging experience is a plus but not required; training provided. **Additional Information:** * Candidates should be adaptable and ready to move between departments based on operational needs. * Boutique processing style means extra attention to aesthetics and flower quality. * Productivity benchmarks will be in place for both trimming and packaging tasks. **_About Vangst:_**   _Vangst is the cannabis industry’s hiring platform.
