**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Boutique Stem Trimmer** to join our cannabis cultivation team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-quality, boutique environment and be able to consistently trim **1.5–2 pounds of product daily** while maintaining the integrity and appearance of the flower. **Key Responsibilities:** - Trim cannabis plants with precision, focusing on maintaining the quality, appearance, and structure of the buds. - Consistently meet daily production goals of 1.5–2 pounds of trimmed product. - Handle cannabis products safely and in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines. - Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring all products meet quality standards. - Assist in cleaning and maintaining trimming workspaces and tools. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow, product quality, and any issues. - Be flexible to assist with other cultivation or packaging tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in cannabis trimming or similar horticultural work preferred. - Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. - Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable following strict safety and sanitation protocols. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. **Physical Requirements:** - Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods. - Ability to use hand tools for trimming. - Capable of lifting light to moderate weights and performing repetitive motions.
