**Overview:** We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Cannabis Trimmers to join our cultivation/production team. Trimmers play a key role in preparing high-quality cannabis flower for packaging and sale by hand-trimming harvested product according to company standards and compliance guidelines. The ideal candidate is efficient, precise, and able to maintain focus in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hand-trim cannabis flower to maintain quality, appearance, and weight standards. - Remove stems, leaves, and other excess plant material while preserving trichomes and bud structure. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. - Accurately weigh, record, and track product throughout the trimming process. - Follow all company SOPs (standard operating procedures) and state compliance regulations. - Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality expectations set by management. - Assist with other post-harvest duties as needed, including bucking, sorting, and packaging. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in cannabis trimming or related agricultural/production work preferred, but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality work. - Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team. - Must meet all state requirements to work in the cannabis industry (valid badge/permit, if applicable).
