The Shipping Associate supports warehouse and distribution operations by accurately receiving, counting, loading, and unloading product to ensure shipping schedules and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders, count product, and load/unload trailers according to shipping schedules

• Ensure product received from the plant or other facilities is recorded accurately

• Move product to designated distribution areas to support on-time shipments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety, attendance, and work rules

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision or management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read, comprehend, and record information related to shipping and inventory

• Ability to perform work that may directly or indirectly impact product safety, legality, and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of shipping, warehouse, or related experience
