What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Four years of Thermal Spray applications experience preferred
• Previous experience operating and maintaining CNC or PLC controllers
• Knowledge of Thermal Spray processes
• Ability to read drawing specifications and complex technical data pertaining to electromechanical equipment
• Ability to perform complex diagnostic tests on complication Thermal Spray equipment and systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation

What You’ll Do as a Thermal Spray Coating Operator

• Setup and perform highly complex Thermal Spray coating operations, utilizing manual and computer controlled Thermal Spray equipment
• Perform complex diagnostic tests on the Thermal Spray equipment and systems before repair
• Read and interpret drawing specifications and complex technical data pertaining to electromechanical equipment
• Perform or support all duties related to preparation and cleaning of parts
• Perform other tasks as assigned
