Description

As a Test Operator at Balance Staffing, you will play a vital role in the electronics manufacturing process. Your day-to-day tasks will involve testing and evaluating electronic components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. You will use a variety of hand tools and test equipment, while also working closely with schematics and assembly prints. You will collaborate with your team to troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that every product meets our high-quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-1+ years of basic experience in electronics manufacturing, including basic ICT/Flying Probe knowledge
• Proficiency in using hand tools and general test equipment (such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies) when working with electronic components
• Basic knowledge of Digital Multi-Meters (DMMs) to verify potential opens, shorts, resistance, and diode checks in electronic components
• Ability to read and understand schematics, drawings, assembly prints, procedures, specifications, and other documentation related to electronic assemblies

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or testing environment
• Basic understanding of electronics and circuit board functionality
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards in electronics manufacturing
