Join PEP Solar as a vital member of our team, where you'll play a key role in installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial properties. Your day will typically involve working on site to install solar panels, ensuring all safety protocols are followed, and collaborating with your teammates to complete projects efficiently. You'll utilize your skills to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, contributing to the growth of renewable energy solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial solar PV installation.

• Current OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

• Comfortable working at heights, including ladders, roofs, and scaffolding.

• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics effectively.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.

• Strong attention to safety protocols and a teamwork-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification.

• Experience with micro-inverter and string-inverter systems.

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including multimeter use and circuit testing.

• Experience operating a forklift or scissor-lift.
