About the Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Teller to join our West Palm Beach, FL branch.

As a Teller, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, processing transactions, and promoting banking solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression through professional and friendly service

• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions (cash deposits/withdrawals, vault management)

• Manage cash supply, incoming/outgoing transactions, and branch vault cash

• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client goals

• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service tools

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures

• Manage client needs and address issues or concerns, escalating when needed

• Maintain working knowledge of client accounts and banking products

• Contribute to a high-quality client experience and branch success metrics

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience (in-person or call center)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable handling money and performing cash transactions accurately

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to work part-time hours (20 hours per week) on-site at branch location

• Previous experience in a retail banking or financial services environment

• Demonstrated sales experience (retail, banking, hospitality, or similar)

• Knowledge of banking products and services

• Familiarity with digital banking platforms

Schedule

• Part-time: 20 hours/week

• On-site at West Palm Beach, FL branch

• Monday–Friday and occasional Saturday availability

💰 Compensation

• $19.00–$22.50/hour

• Eligible for discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards

• Pay is prorated for part-time based on number of hours worked
