As the leader of the Technical Support Team, the Technology Manager will oversee troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvements of IT systems.

This role also involves staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, including AI tools, and applying this knowledge to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and deployment of IT systems, managing vendor relationships, and defining the organization's IT infrastructure strategy.
