Description
As a Technical Support Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support in a technical environment. Your day will involve troubleshooting issues, assisting customers with remote access software, and providing solutions related to Point of Sale (POS) systems. You will work within a collaborative team, managing tickets efficiently and communicating with clients to guarantee their satisfaction. Every day brings new challenges, and your expertise will help us maintain our high service standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience providing remote support to customers in a technical environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Call Center, IT Help Desk, or similar technical support roles.
- Basic skills in network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues.
- Experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking issues and solutions.
- Proficient in using remote access software for assisting clients.
- Bilingual capabilities (speak, read, and write) to assist a diverse client base.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent GED (General Educational Development) is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with various POS software platforms and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers.
