Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and address guest needs.

• Operate the register/POS and use suggestive selling to increase sales.

• Verify order accuracy and prepare food and beverages to standard.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Unload and stock inventory as needed.

• Perform duties across multiple workstations (front counter, drive-thru, prep, expediter, etc.).

• Adhere to attendance, uniform, and grooming standards.

• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate positively with customers and peers.

Requirements

• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.

• Reliable transportation required.
