Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders accurately.

• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.

• Handle payments and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Work closely with teammates and management to deliver service with urgency and care.

Food Preparation & Safety

• Prepare and store food items according to company standards.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and workstations.

Teamwork & Communication

• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals.

• Accept feedback and coaching positively.

• Demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Attendance & Initiative

• Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work.

• Follow posted schedules and use approved time-keeping systems.

• Show initiative by taking action without being told and helping others when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Basic math and communication skills.

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. during 90% of shift time.

• Comfortable sweeping, mopping, and cleaning work areas.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
