Role Overview

As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service while maintaining a clean, well-organized store. This is a great opportunity for anyone who loves sports, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register system and handle customer transactions accurately.

• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and store displays.

• Answer customer questions and assist with phone inquiries.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Support team operations and help ensure store goals are met.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for sports and fitness.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer or POS system experience preferred.

• Knowledge of sporting goods — including apparel, footwear, fitness, or outdoor gear — is a plus.

• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
