As a Part-Time Team Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to distribution center leadership, helping to coordinate logistics, events, and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate's degree required
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information and support leadership with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Do as a Team Administrator:

• Support Distribution Center leadership by coordinating meetings, travel, and events
• Track and manage inventory for office supplies, uniforms, and PPE
• Coordinate catering and vendor services for staff events
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and prepare memos and reports
• Manage shipping and courier logistics
• Organize and support employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain a culture of care and professionalism across all interactions
