Description

As a Store + Spa Manager at Clean Market, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment that promotes health and wellness. Your day will involve overseeing spa operations, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for maintaining inventory, scheduling staff, developing promotional strategies, and ensuring that all services meet Clean Market’s high standards. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail or wellness-focused store management, preferably in multi-service environment (e.g., spa, boutique fitness, IV lounge, or specialty retail)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred (not required).

• Genuine passion for wellness and Clean Market’s mission

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in holistic health or wellness fields

• Familiarity with spa software and scheduling systems

• Proficiency in marketing and sales strategies

• Previous experience in customer relations management
