Description

As a Special Response Security Guard at GardaWorld, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety and security for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to security incidents, monitoring premises, and maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats. A typical day may involve patrolling assigned areas, conducting thorough checks, and working closely with law enforcement when necessary. Your quick thinking and strong decision-making skills will be put to the test as you adapt to various situations and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to successfully pass a background screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong adaptability and decision-making skills under pressure
• Active Guard Card (or willingness to obtain; sponsorship available)
• Military, Law Enforcement, or prior security experience (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications in security or safety procedures
• Experience in crisis management or conflict resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and protocols
