Shipping & Receiving Clerk

As a Receiving Clerk, you will support warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, and handling incoming parts and materials while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- Comfortable reading SOPs, blueprints, and packing documentation
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, etc.)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods
- Receive, inspect, and package incoming parts according to standard operating procedures
- Read and interpret packing slips, pick lists, bills of materials, and blueprints
- Operate scanners, scales, tablets, and other warehouse technology
- Support purchasing and parts sales teams with inventory counts and receiving data
- Use material handling equipment to move and stock materials
- Communicate clearly with team members and document all activities accurately
- Monitor and report inventory levels of warehouse supplies
- Identify and report any part quality issues
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, HR, and IT
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Work Center Lead and Warehouse Operations Manager
