Job Description
*YOU'LL BE PAID FOR 4 HOURS MINIMUM OR FOR TIME WORKED - WHICHEVER IS GREATER (event could end a little sooner or later than stated times)
Arrive onsite 30 minutes early to meet with Best Crowd Management, Assist with worker clock in and clock out on the WorkWhile app, Adjust clock in times if needed, Support Best Crowd Managements check in process, Report no-shows, Help with supervision onsite.
Greet guests as they enter and leave the event - Scan tickets upon entry, ensuring that it is the appropriate ticket for each event - Enforce venue policies and procedures - Report suspicious activity and violations of venue policy - Secure locations and prohibit access to unauthorized individuals - Follow established code of conduct and safety procedures - Provide exceptional service to all patrons - Other duties as assigned
WorkWhile Shift Lead Overview Pays $2 more per hour than regular shifts Begins 30 minutes before and ends 30 minutes after the regular shift Includes access to the Shift Lead Support Line: (628) 230-6768
Key Responsibilities
Arrive 30 minutes early, check in with the client, and clock in/out all workers using the WorkWhile app
Ensure all workers are in uniform and address any no-shows or issues at check-in
Parking Passes will be issued ahead of the shift.
