Position Summary:

As a Sewing Operator, you will be responsible for sewing cut vinyl and leather materials into seat covers for Skeeter boats. This role requires precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality. Ideal candidates will have previous sewing experience and the ability to maintain excellent craftsmanship in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sew vinyl, leather, backing, welting, and other upholstery materials according to specifications.

• Collect and organize the correct materials based on each work order.

• Maintain and clean sewing machines as needed to ensure consistent performance.

• Keep your workstation neat, organized, and safe at all times.

• Meet quality and production standards consistently.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous sewing experience preferred (industrial or upholstery experience a plus).

• Comfortable operating sewing machines and handling heavy materials.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Good color recognition and coordination skills.

• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Must be able to sit or stand for 10+ hours per day as needed.
