Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screen and window repairs, including rescreening and glass replacement.

• Handle sharpening services for knives, blades, and garden tools.

• Assist with basic power equipment maintenance, particularly on STIHL products.

• Deliver excellent customer service by guiding customers through repair options.

• Maintain a clean and organized service area.

• Manage incoming service requests and maintain accurate repair records.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and repair techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in repair/maintenance roles.

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment.

• Experience with STIHL or small engine repair is a plus (training available).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
